I understand the desire not to see the criticism and leave it in salon conversations, so it is more pleasant and fun in space for everyone.

But that's really not the way I think. When I felt that the critical people were burning but they were not taking it out, it drove me crazy. I really want to hear the criticism. Sometimes you can go and do something and sometimes your criticism will drop a token for someone and he will go and implement it on his way.

It is only thanks to criticism that we have reached the absurd idea.

 

Visit this important tool. We have an aversion to criticism, fear of criticism, etc. But criticism is not a negative thing. It should not create negative emotions.
The realization that we are not all the same, that people think otherwise creates a repulsion, but that is simply life. You can just say thank you, I see what you're saying and I understand where it comes from. Because this is the reality I understand almost all the criticism (except that based on lies and rumors) about the event, and I am glad that in our reality not everyone thinks the same thing.

Hierarchical organizations are really afraid of a visit because it can indeed undermine the place of management. Distributed organizations live from criticism because that is only what will advance them forward.
Sometimes the criticism does not get support at all and then the visitor can understand that it's just him. Sometimes criticism has full support and then will begin to be made a change. Whether it is the person who gave the criticism or someone who actually identified with it and has exactly the energy.
In any event, this criticism is the fuel that drives the organization forward.
